Just before 5:00 pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021, police say a 13-year-old male chased a 12-year-old male into a Mystery Lake Road business in Thompson. The pair got into a fight at which point the 12-year-old was stabbed.
The youth was taken to hospital in stable condition but later transferred to Winnipeg for further treatment.
Police say the 13-year-old fled the scene before they arrived. An arrest warrant for the teen has been issued for Aggravated Assault.
RCMP continue to investigate.
