Winnipeg Police quickly apprehended a 29 year old man after he robbed a 45 year old woman Thursday morning.
It happened around 7:45 am as the woman was waiting for a bus on Selkirk Avenue at Salter Street. An unknown man grabbed the woman’s purse off her shoulder and took off.
A witness to the brazen daylight robbery called police and officers found the suspect in the area.
Baptiste Wayne Nabess was arrested and charged with Robbery for his alleged involvement.
