A sure sign of warmer temperatures on the way as Manitoba opens it’s Provincial Park campground reservation system.
Beginning Monday, March 19, 2018, you can start booking your spot to enjoy all the parks have to offer this summer. Like in previous years the province has chosen to stagger the opening for reservations to avoid long wait times when the system opens.
“With the staggered opening days, we’ve been able to spread out the demand and make our reservation system more efficient and that’s better for everyone,” Sustainable Development Minister Rochelle Squires said. “Manitobans love provincial parks and we’re glad to accommodate their efforts to spend time in the great outdoors this summer.”
Reservations
The province expects high demand on the opening day of the parks reservation system. You will be able to call in or go online beginning at 7:00 am Monday.
