Lynn Lake RCMP is searching for a 46-year-old male who was about to be transported from Lynn Lake to Leaf Rapids.

While the prisoner was being led out of the detachment in Lynn Lake he bolted from officers while in handcuffs and made his way to a wooded area nearby. Officers pursued but lost sight of the male .

Daryle Richard Johnson is considered dangerous and should not be approached. He is described as being 5’9″ tall, weighing 180 pounds with black short hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black sweat pants and a burgundy sweater.
