Winnipeg Police Service investigators say that one of the victims in the Portage Avenue shooting on Sunday, November 5, 2023, has died from their injuries.
Police have identified the deceased victim as 27-year-old Lawrence Evan Pruden.
The second victim has been upgraded to stable condition and remains in hospital.
