A 17-year-old male driver got a lot more stressed on Friday afternoon, February 22, 2019 after police clocked him driving 90 km/h over the speed limit.
Officer say they clocked the teen travelling 190 km/h on Highway 34.
When confronted the youth told the officer he was stressed because of school and needed to get home quickly.
Not only did he not get home as quickly as he would have liked he was given a $1228 speeding ticket and a serious offence notice that will prompt a license review by Manitoba Public Insurance.
The moral of this story… SLOW DOWN!
