Just before 11:00 am Thursday morning Winnipeg Police, including tactical officers blocked off Bowman Avenue between Watt and Roch.
Details are limited but it is known that police were using a loud speaker to order people out of the house. Tactical unit officers did enter the home with weapons at the ready and emerged with two people in handcuffs.
