Police stop break and enter crime spree with arrests of two suspects

Police have arrested a man and a woman in connection to about 30 break-ins at residential and commercial properties across Winnipeg.

According to investigators, the break-ins occurred between May 2022 and January 2023. During that time the suspects stole more than $80,000.00 in property and caused more than $250,000.00 in damages to properties.

31-year-old Michael Johnathan Peter Moore and 32-year-old Tamara Gwendolynn Gladu, both of Winnipeg, are facing multiple Break and Enter-related offences for their alleged involvement.

Both suspects were detained in custody.
