Police say that between midnight and 4:00 am on July 21, 2021, multiple businesses along Pembina Highway were tagged with graffiti.
The man they are looking for appears to be in his 20s to early 30s and was wearing a plaid shirt and green shorts. He had a red and white cap and was carrying a gym bag.
Anyone with information on the identity of the man is asked to call investigators at (204) 986-6219 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-8477.
