Winnipeg Police are still looking for 21-year-old Kane Ashley Antonio Moar wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for Second Degree Murder in connection to the killing of 34-year-old Ricardo Junior Hibi.
Police were called to check on the wellbeing of a person in the 600 block of McGee Street on December 17, 2018, when they found Hibi suffering from critical stab wounds. Hibi was rushed to hospital but was pronounced dead.
Police asked for public help in locating Moar on December 19, 2018, but have still not been able to locate him.
Investigators are once again asking for help. Anyone who knows where Moar may be hiding is asked to contact police by calling 911 or homicide detectives at 204-986-6508. You can also call Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
Police say that under no circumstances should you confront oar as he is considered armed and dangerous.
