A four-month investigation by Winnipeg’s Street Crime Unit into an active drug dealing operation has led to the seizure of a number of illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, cell phones, packaging materials, two vehicles and more than $30,000 in cash.
Police say they began the investigation in March and were able to arrest the suspects on July 6, 2018, as well as execute three warrants at homes on Partridge Avenue and Collegiate Street in Winnipeg and Rosser Avenue in Selkirk.
22-year-old Holly Maia Zullich-Moffat from Winnipeg has been charged for her alleged involvement with Possession of Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm, Possess Proceeds of Crime Over $5000, Possession of Marihuana for Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of Cocaine for Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of a Substance for Purposes of Trafficking and Trafficking – Cocaine X3
Clifford Roderick Allbutt, 33 from Selkirk was charged for his alleged involvement with Possession of Cocaine for Purposes of Trafficking, Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized, Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition and Trafficking – Cocaine.
Both were detained in custody.
