Winnipeg Police say that a 21-year-old male is now in stable condition and recovering in hospital after being stabbed at a Kate Street apartment early Sunday morning, October 16, 2022.
General patrol and tactical support team members were called to the building around 1:00 am. The victim was found on the second-floor landing and officers began immediate emergency first aid while awaiting paramedics to arrive.
The male was transported to hospital in critical condition.
Police say that no arrests have been made and the victim has refused any further police assistance in the matter.
