Winnipeg Police Service responded to reports of a man with a gun just after 9:00 pm on Saturday, March 25, 2023, near Selkirk Avenue and McGregor Street.
General Patrol and Tactical Support Team officers searched the area and found a male suspect three blocks away near Magnus Avenue and McGregor Street and placed him in custody.
The name of the suspect has not been released and it is not known what charges have been laid.
