Five police patrol units responded to the high-rise apartment building with lights and sirens activated just before 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

The officers rushed into the building with two remaining in the lobby talking to a woman who was visbibly shaken and the others entering an elevator.

Minutes later an adult male was taken to a waiting patrol unit in handcuffs. While on the way to the car the male fell to the ground with a loud thud.
