Winnipeg Police Service has arrested and charged a 51-year-old man in connection to a Thursday afternoon, February 15, 2024, robbery at a financial institution.
The robbery happened in the 1200 block of Portage Avenue. Police say the suspect approached the counter, indicated he was armed and demanded money.
Officers responding to the robbery quickly located the suspect in the area. He was taken into custody and all of the stolen cash was recovered.
Sean Bishop has been charged for his alleged involvement with Robbery.
He was detained in custody.
