LOCATED – Winnipeg Police reported on Monday, March 28, 2022, that Tracie has been safely located
The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 46-year-old female.
Tracie Harper was last seen on March 17th, 2022 in the Transcona area of Winnipeg.
Harper is described as 5’4” tall, medium build, short dark hair, and was last seen wearing black leggings and a black wool coat.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Harper’s well-being and is asking anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.
