POLICE NEED HELP SOLVING HOMICIDE OF MARILYN MUNROE

 

 

Munroe found dead one year ago

 

 

 

 

 

Winnipeg police homicide detectives are once again asking for the publics help in solving the homicide of 41 year old Marilyn Rose Munroe.

Munroe was found dead one year ago at a home on Prichard Avenue  near Charles Street.

She was last seen alive on February 12, 2016 near Selkirk Avenue and Andrews Street.

Investigators are trying to track Munroe’s whereabouts and movements before to her death. They are wanting to speak with anyone who may have had contact with Munroe between January 31, 2016 and February 22, 2016.

 

 

 

 

Details such as her travels, appointments, or any contacts she may have had during this time period could prove critical to the investigation.

Marilyn Rose MUNROE was an Aboriginal female, 41 years of age, 5’6” tall and approximately 130 lbs. in weight with long dark hair.  She was last seen wearing several layers of sweaters and carrying a plastic bag.
