Kean-Luo has been missing since April 2, 2016. He was last seen in the Kenora, Ontario area.
The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) found Luo’s car on the Sgt. Thomas Cooper Memorial Bridge on Highway 17A within hours of him being reported missing. They have conducted extensive searches in the area including from the air. They have also search bodies of water in the area with no luck.
The OPP are requesting anyone with information regarding Kean Luo’s disappearance to please call WPS missing persons unit at 204-986-6250 or the Ontario Provincial Police (807) 548-5534.
