Winnipeg Police located the suspicious vehicle unoccupied in the 1900 block of Ross Avenue at around 9:00 pm on Tuesday.

Winnipeg Police Service is asking for help from the public to locate a suspicious vehicle that was seen earlier today, July 18, 2023, in the 600 block of St. James Street.
Police believe that a female inside the vehicle may have been in distress and they would like to locate the vehicle to determine the well-being of the people inside.
The vehicle is described as a silver Volkswagen Tiguan with one of the following Manitoba Licence plates on the rear. LFX 318 or HKF 122. The driver is described as a white male with a bald/shaved head.
Anyone who knows where the vehicle is or spots the vehicle is asked to call 911
