A 32-year-old male is facing weapons charges after he was arrested on the strength of two outstanding warrants.
Police say that officers patrolling near Isabel Street and Logan Avenue spotted the man riding a bike and were aware that he had outstanding warrants.
The man was taken into custody and an improvised firing device was found concealed in his waistband.
William Kenneth Junior Kent was processed on the outstanding warrants and charged for his alleged involvement with two weapons-related offences.
He was released on an Appearance Notice as mandated by the Criminal Code.
