Police make arrests in Burrows Avenue homicide

Winnipeg Police have arrested three people in connection to the November 7, 2021 killing of a 28-year-old male in the intersection of Burrows Avenue and Aikins Street.

Officers had been called to the intersection around 1:48 am and found the victim on the roadway suffering serious injuries. Police an paramedics attempted to revive the victim with CPR. He was taken to hospital in critical condition where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators identified the victim as Felix Bernard Chief.

Investigators have charged Nicholas Brett MACDONALD, 26, for his alleged involvement with Manslaughter, Jordan  Rae MYERION, 23, has been charged for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder and Jeremy Aaron SCOTT, 25, has been charged for his alleged involvement with Manslaughter.

All three suspects were detained in custody.
