Police looking for serial flasher in Mitchell

RCMP are looking for a man exposing himself to women and girls in a small Manitoba town about 60 kilometres southeast of Winnipeg.

It began on August 17, 2017, in the town of Mitchell. Just after 3:00 pm police received a report that a 16-year-old girl was out walking her dog. She noticed a blue sedan pass by her and stop. As she passed the vehicle a man exposed himself to her. The girl ran away.

On August 20, 2017, in the early evening, a 31-year-old woman was jogging when a blue sedan passed her and then stopped. As she went past the car the man got out and exposed himself to her. He then jumped back in his vehicle and took off. A little while later he exposed himself a second time to the same jogger in the same manner.

 

On August 31, 2017, a 41-year-old woman reported that while she was walking her dog she noticed she was being followed. When she turned around a male exposed himself to her and then ran away.

RCMP are looking for a Caucasian male in his late 20s or early 30s with reddish blonde hair that is cut short. He has a full scruffy reddish blonde beard. He stands about 5’10” tall and has a medium build.

 

Police say that they have increased patrols in Mitchell in an effort to locate the man.
