On Thursday, July 13, 2017, a female was walking along Assiniboine Avenue near Garry Street when she noticed a man began to follow her. The woman ignored the man and continued along Assiniboine. Upon reaching the Osborne Street Bridge the man touched the woman on the back and shoulders.
When the woman confronted the suspect he began to touch her child. The victim ran to a nearby business and called the police.
The suspect is described as:
- Caucasian male
- Late 20’s to early 30’s in age
- Medium build
- Short, buzz cut style, blonde hair
- Wearing no shirt and blue jeans
