RCMP are looking for two men in connection to an incident involving a firearm.
Around 8:00 pm on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, an SUV was travelling east on St. Andrews Road when it almost struck a group of children outside the St. Andrews Community Centre.
Police say that an adult who saw the incident approached the vehicle when it stopped nearby. The passenger who had been in the vehicle lifted their shirt and pulled out a handgun, pointed it at the witness while running towards him. The witness was able to get away and call police.
Officers responded and searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect vehicle which is described as a White Nissan SUV with a gold Blue Bomber Manitoba licence plate beginning with B08
Although there were two people in the vehicle police only have a description of the passenger. He is described as Caucasian, in his late teens, 5’10”-6’0” in height, wearing a white t-shirt, and a white ballcap that was on backwards.
