13 year old girl unharmed, say police
Winnipeg Police report a disturbing incident occurred March 15,2017 around 9:40 am. A 13 year old girl was walking in the area of Arlington Street and Alfred Avenue when she was approached by an unknown male in a newer model black truck.
The man told the girl to get in his truck after asking her where she was going. She ignored his request and continued to her destination without any further issues.
The suspect is described as an Aboriginal male in his 40’s with a long beard and dark hair. He was wearing a blue jean jacket.
