Winnipeg Police are looking to identify two individuals who may have witnessed a fatal collision on Selkirk Avenue on April 9, 2022.
As News 4 previously told you an officer had attempted to stop a vehicle at Selkirk Avenue and McKenzie Street around 9:10 pm for having lapsed insurance. The driver refused to stop and fled. The driver lost control of the vehicle a few blocks later. The vehicle flipped onto its roof and crashed into the side of a building.
Investigators are asking for help to identify an adult female and an adult male who were in the area just before the collision
