Winnipeg Police are investigating a shooting incident in the 200 block of Houde Drive in St. Norbert on Sunday, July 3, 2022.

Officers were called to the scene at 2:55 am according to police. Police confirm that an adult male died in the incident and that the death is being treated as a homicide.

Several bullet holes could be seen in the front window of the home and a number of evidence markers were seen on the front lawn and steps of the property.

The forensics unit was on scene gathering evidence for most of the day.

Police said they expect more information to be released on Monday.
