Police are investigating a homicide after a 63-year-old male was found dead in a Prevette Street residence on Sunday morning, October 3, 2021.
Police were called to the suite around 11:00 am for a report of suspicious circumstances.
The victim has been identified as Arnel Deleon Arabe of Winnipeg.
