Winnipeg Police were called to Central Park early Saturday morning after an injured male was discovered just before 2:30 am.

One adult male was taken to hospital in unknown condition,

Police cordoned off a large area on the south end of the park near Ellice Avenue as they investigated.

A K-9 unit searched the area but officers on scene would not say what or who they were looking for.
