Winnipeg Police are investigating after an adult male showed up at Misericordia Health Centre suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say they were called to the hospital just before midnight on Wednesday April 8, 2020.
Officers located the victim who was then treated by paramedics and taken to Health Sciences Centre. He is listed in stable condition.
Officers instigated and have arrested an adult male in connection to the incident. Charges have not yet been laid but the suspect is in police custody.
