Winnipeg Police are investigating a homicide after responding to reports of a man being shot on Thursday, May 21, 2020, in the 700 block of Selkirk Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene they found a 23-year-old victim on the front steps of a home suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to hospital in critical condition but died from his injuries.
