Winnipeg police are investigating a homicide after a 65-year-old seriously injured man was found in a Hargrave Street apartment on January 25, 2023.

When officers arrived around 5:45 pm paramedics were already on the scene and took the victim to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police have identified the victim as Richard Darryl Wheeler.
