Winnipeg Police are investigating a stabbing that took place on Ellice Avenue between Young Street and Langside Street around 10:30 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021.

The 500 block of Ellice was closed to traffic while the investigation was underway.

One person was taken to hospital in critical condition.
