Winnipeg Police are investigating the 43rd homicide of 2019.
On December 25, 2019, police found a male lying on the sidewalk at Salter Street and Redwood Avenue around 10:20 am. The man had been assaulted according to officers.
Police transported the male to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators have identified the victim as 37-year-old Gordon Edward Pashe.
