Winnipeg Police have identified the victim pulled from the Red River near Churchill Drive and Hay Street on Monday, October 12, 2020.
Investigators say that the deceased has been identified as 29-year-old Mohammed Mohiadin Ahmed from Winnipeg. His death is being investigated as a homicide say police.
