Winnipeg police homicide detectives have identified the man killed on August 17, 2022, on Higgins Avenue.
Around 3:05 am officers were called to the 100 block for the report of a stabbing. The victim was found in front of a hotel and taken to the hospital in critical condition, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators say that the victim has been identified as 40-year-old Brian Edward Anderson of Winnipeg.
