Winnipeg Police Service has confirmed that the suspicious death they were investigating on Flora Avenue is a homicide.
The body of a deceased adult male was found after firefighters responded to a fire in a two-storey home in the 600 block.
Investigators have identified the victim as 30-year-old Steven Andrew Mingo of Winnipeg.
