Winnipeg Police have identified the victim in the Johnson Avenue West homicide on October 31, 2022.
Officers located an unresponsive man on the ground outside a home in the 100 block around 2:30 am. They immediately began emergency medical care. The victim was taken to hospital in critical condition where he was pronounced deceased.
Investigators say the victim has been identified as 47-year-old William Markowski of Winnipeg.
