Police identify male found dead on Ellice Avenue

Winnipeg Police have identified the adult male found dead on Ellice Avenue around 4:45 am Wednesday morning, October 21, 2020.

Homicide detectives say the victim is 20-year-old Dennis Tougas Beardy from Winnipeg.
