Winnipeg Police have identified the male who was shot and killed on College Avenue on Monday, March 16, 2020.
Police were called to a multi-unit residence in the 500 block of College Avenue for the report of a shooting. The victim was taken to hospital in critical condition the he was pronounced dead.
Investigators have identified the victim as 24-year-old Vincent Scott Ross. Ross is the 7th homicide in 2020.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen anything unusual in the area around 558 College Avenue to contact them at 204-986-6508 or Crimes Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
