Winnipeg Police have identified the victim in College Avenue homicide.
Officers were called to a residence in the 200 block around 4:30 am on Friday, November 27, 2020, after a male was found with serious injuries.
The male was located inside the house deceased.
The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Kelvin Fredrick Sumner.
