If you lost a “large” amount of cash recently this could be your lucky day
Winnipeg Police are telling the public that they have found a large sum of money and want nothing more than to give it back to the rightful owner. The cash was found in relation to a business in the north end of Winnipeg. Police report that they are attempting to find the rightful owner. If it’s you call the WPS at 204-986-6048.
Be prepared though you are going to have to prove the cash is yours.
Police say that if they cannot locate the rightful owner by April 11, 2017 the money will be disposed of.
