Police have arrested the second 15-year-old suspect wanted in connection to the murders of Danielle Ballantyne and Marvin Felix early last week.
Ballantyne was found dead in a Jarvis Avenue apartment on Monday, August 22, 2022. Police were also investigating the aggravated assault of Felix earlier that day. He later succumbed to his injuries.
An initial teen suspect was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder in the death of Ballantyne and was also charged with aggravated assault in the beating of Felix. That charge was also upgraded to Second Degree Murder after Felix died later in the week.
The second teen was wanted on a Canada-Wide warrant and has been arrested. He has been charged for his alleged involvement with two counts of Second Degree Murder and one count of Aggravated Assault.
