Winnipeg Police Service has arrested and charged a 21-year-old man in connection to an incident outside École Varennes Elementary School in Glenlawn on Tuesday morning, September 26, 2023.
The man was found allegedly performing an indecent act outside of a school exit door by a staff member around 9:00 am. He fled before officers arrived.
Police say the suspect is facing a charge of Indecent Act for his alleged involvement. He was detained in custody.
