Police in Winnipeg have a 19-year-old suspect in custody after a male showed up at a local hospital with a number of serious stab wounds in the early morning of April 22, 2018.

The male was injured at a home in the 300 block of Linden Avenue after he was confronted by a person he knew. The victim was punched in the face and stabbed in the mid-body according to investigators. He was also robbed of cash from his wallet.

Just after noon on Sunday officers from the Major Crimes Unit located and arrested Dylan Austin Torres at a home in the 2oo block of Leighton Avenue

Torres is facing charges for his alleged involvement of Aggravated Assault, Robbery and Possession of a Weapon.
