Winnipeg Police Service responded to the report of an injured female on Sargent Avenue shortly before midnight on Saturday, September 21, 2024.
Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service treated the woman and transported her to Health Sciences Centre in stable condition.
Police say the incident was related to a medical issue. An officer was seen riding in the ambulance while a second officer followed behind in a police cruiser.
