Police looking for male in his 20’s

A 20 year old woman was subjected to a man committing an indecent act as he walked past her Saturday night. 

It happened around 8:00 pm in the area of Regent Avenue East and Day Street. According to the woman a man walked past her from behind then returned walking towards her about five minutes later. This time though the suspect was exposing himself and committing an indecent act. 

The woman fled the area and called police.

Investigators are looking for a male in his late 20’s, 5’7″- 5’9″ tall, skinny build, wearing a blue windbreaker with a silver band on the front and back. He had his hood up with it tied tight around his face area. It appears he was making an effort to conceal his identity.
