Winnipeg Police are investigating a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian that happened just before 8:00 pm on Wednesday night, February 17, 2021, near the intersection of Sargent Avenue and Balmoral Street.
Police say the adult female pedestrian was taken to hospital in critical condition. She remains in critical condition as of this morning.
The driver of the vehicle stopped and remained at the scene to talk to police.
