RCMP are investigating a fatal collision on Highway 9 in the RM of West St. Paul on November 9, 2022.
It happened around 6;30 pm south of Allenford Drive.
Police say that a 56-year-old male from Little grand Rapids First Nation was attempting to cross the highway when he was hit by an SUV. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 21-year-old female driver and her 23-year-old male passenger remained at the scene and have been cooperating with the investigation.
