Winnipeg police are investigating a serious collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Logan Avenue at Quelch Street.

It happened just after noon on Sunday, October 1, 2017. One person was taken to hospital, their condition is unknown.

Logan is closed in both directions as officers investigate the collision.

A female was taken to hospital in critical condition where she underwent surgery after she was hit by a vehicle.She remains in critical condition.

Police say that she remains in critical condition.

Central Traffic investigators are continuing to investigate the incident are asking that anyone with information contact them at 204-986-6271.
